Who this covers
RLAlphaLabs is a solo, self-funded research project (see About). This notice covers any form on this site — the contact form, the Join / express-interest form, and the Traction outreach link.
What is collected
Only what you type into a form: name, email address, your selected category (e.g. investor, collaborator, engineer), and any free-text message. No hidden tracking fields, no third-party ad pixels, no analytics cookies are attached to these forms.
How it is sent and stored
This site is static (GitHub Pages) and has no backend server or database. Forms use your own email client (a mailto: link pre-filled with your input) to send the message directly to pctablet505@gmail.com. Nothing you type is transmitted to or stored on any RLAlphaLabs server, because none exists. Your message is stored wherever your own email provider stores sent mail, and in the founder's inbox — subject to that email provider's own policies (currently Gmail).
Who sees it
The founder only. RLAlphaLabs is a single-operator project today (see Join) — there is no team or contractor with access to inbound messages.
What it is used for
Solely to respond to your inquiry — evaluating a collaboration, investor conversation, or role interest. It is not used for marketing lists, resold, or shared with any third party. It is not used to build a profile beyond the conversation you initiated.
How long it is kept
As long as normal email retention keeps it, or until you ask for it to be deleted (email pctablet505@gmail.com with a deletion request and it will be honored).
Third-party processors
None beyond your own email provider and the recipient's (Gmail). This site does not currently use any third-party form backend, CRM, or mailing-list tool. If that changes, this notice will be updated first and the processor will be named here.
Your choices
- You can decline to submit a form and instead email pctablet505@gmail.com directly.
- You can ask what is held about you, or ask for it to be deleted, at any time.
- Submitting a form is optional and consent-based — nothing on this site requires it to be read.
